The Bay Institute Presents Environmental Award to Altshuler Berzon Attorney Hamilton Candee

Award recognizes achievements in California Water Litigation

The Bay Institute presented its Carla Bard Bay Education Award to Altshuler Berzon LLP attorney Hamilton (Hal) Candee on September 17, 2008 in recognition of his achievements in California water litigation.

Hal Candee joined Altshuler Berzon as of counsel in March 2008 after 23 years with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where he served as a Senior Attorney and Co-Director of NRDC's Western Water Project. He continues to represent NRDC and The Bay Institute on a number of matters, including restoration of the San Joaquin River.
