Eileen B. Goldsmith is a graduate of Brown University and Yale Law
School, where she was a Notes Editor for the Yale Law Journal. She
served as a law clerk to Judge Marsha S. Berzon of the United States
Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also served as a Co-Chair of the Labor Law Committee
of the National Employment Lawyers Association. |
