Linda Lye is a graduate of Yale University and the law school at
the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where she was
a member of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of
Employment and Labor Law. She served as a law clerk to Justice Ruth
Bader Ginsburg of the United States Supreme Court and Judge Guido
Calabresi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
She is active in the ACLU of Northern California, as a member of the Board of
Directors and Executive Committee, and Chair of the Legal Committee. She is also
Co-President of the Berkeley Law Foundation. |
